The challenge

Preparing outbound email infrastructure across multiple domains and providers involves repeated mailbox setup, DNS configuration, authentication records, credentials, and separate operational tools. As infrastructure grows, these manual processes become difficult to organize and maintain.

Proviloops OS is an AI native operations platform designed to coordinate projects, tasks, communication, workflows, human contributors, and role based AI agents within one connected environment.

The challenge

Traditional work platforms were designed around human users.
